Shipping

All Zenka jewelry orders include free shipping in the U.S. via Fed. Ex. Ground.  We require that all orders include insurance equal to the value of the item(s).    After receipt of the item(s), the customer should insure that nothing has been lost or damaged.  In the event, there is a problem such as a lost or damaged item, a claim should be filed immediately according to Fed Ex procedures and regulations.    Zenka Pearls is not liable for damage incurred during the shipping process.

Returns

Merchandise can be returned within 20 days of the date of purchase.  Returned items will be shipped at the customer’s expense and again, the item must be insured for the full value of the merchandise or the package will be returned.    Provided the merchandise is not damaged, Zenka Pearls will refund the full purchase price not including the cost of shipping.

Privacy

We sell jewelry not identities!  Any information you provide us will only be used to transact a sale of our beautiful jewelry.  Our financial transactions are handled through PayPal.  PayPal is one of the most trusted options for Internet purchases.  You ma yuse a PayPal account or your major credit card without establishing a PayPal account.  Your account information is used securely and privately by PayPal and not exchanged with Zenka or any other merchant.
